Hi
Apologies if this is a daft question I have two email accounts work/home both BT but one residential and one office, can i have them both under one user identity on entourage . Reason I ask is I set up a new email account for my office email under my main user identity but it will not send emails from that account it defers to the home account ie emails show as coming from xxx@btinernet.com not xxx@btconnect.com. If i disable the home account I can't send emails or receive at all. I solved it temporarily by creating a new identity and switching between them but this seems an inefficient way of dealing with it. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong.
Regards
Mark

You should not have to set up different Identities for different email accounts.
Have you tried adding the second account in the entourage email account menu
Entourage > tools > accounts > new
Once you add both accounts you can adjust the account settings on the different computers so that one computer retrieves the email but leaves a copy on the server and the other computer retrieves and deletes the mail from the server. I do this so that my home computer has a copy of all my emails and is part of my back ups.
Also you may have to configure the out going mail servers for "sending mail" since the accounts probably have different passwords.
