OK well im thinking of getting my first MAC ever ... I want to get a Labtop instead of a Desktop seeing how they can be takin everwhere ...
I do have a few Questions for some of the people out there that do have one , or now alot about Macs ...
First im not looking to get FULL out of control with the Labtop .. I dont do buessness or anything liek that , it will be a HOME Labtop ... WOuld i be better off getting a MacBook or MacBook Pro ?
Also looking for Gaming as well .. I have heard that you can install Windows on you Mac ... Does it work for the Labtops as well , and would Vista work good on it ... Has anyone heard of problems yet ?
Im also hearing that alot of people are sayign wait tell APPLES new OS comes out ... When does it come out , and would it be better to wait for that OS . Or should i just get one now ( Im in no hurry at this point yet ) ...
Also after hearing that Mac might have some new stuff out later this year ... Should i be waiting to see what they get , or should i spend the money now for something .. Seeing that im in no hurry right this second ...
Side Question ...
Do you think that the iPod will get a New Look as well ... Maybe a iPod Video , with a Widescreen on it ( Not the iPhone) ?? Just asking couse i have been holding out sence Nov of buying a iPod couse i would rather have one with a widescreen ...

well vista & gaming well if you are a hard core gammer.then you have to stick to a Macbook pro. vista is not supported on MB bacause the graphic card is a bad(actually really bad)64MB universal.
well boot camp need to compatable with vista too.
you have to wait for lepord.its definitly goin to be the best wild cat among the pack.although non of us have actually seen it(apple protocal,make us suffer the suspense of it).
gaming like HL2,FEAR Etc you definitly need a 256 although a 128 is minimum.&RAM will be 1G atleast that is if you are in really short of money(by default 1G some in the 2 GEn MBP).
one more think apart from LEP,is "n" of wireless i think you better wait outfor that.
as for the iPod thing just check out the iPod forums.
multiusers,you have muli users capablilty in OS X.

BTW does "labtops" signify laptops by anyway??
