Heh, I was thinking it was basic - I have to do it for clients sometimes - and never forget the golden rule, if you don't see a menu item, press Option.

Brand New to Mac. Typo on registration for Microsoft Office Mac 2008. Tried to follow procedure provided but... on the Remove Office screen, I hold down the option button on the Mac keyboard -- no change of continue to Remove Licensing Information Only -- the Continue button just "pulses" on the Remove Office screen. Any ideas? Thanks
