NewerTech Battery 17" PB

Bought a non-meercury NewerTechnology battery from OWC Mac Sales. Worked fine, but did not seat correctly. Aluminum cover plate started to delaminate. MacSales sent another via cross ship right away. Battery #2 fits a little better, but the Aluminum cover plate came completely off. They are sending an other one, but this is the last one they are offering me.
Anyone else seeing bad fit or delam of cover?
