Webkinz is a new Internet craze aimed at youngsters that combines real plushie toys with a Web site chock full of games and activities. more

My kids just love the site and spend a fair amount of time on it, I do believe that's behind their request to get another PC for the family, so they don't have to argue or compete on who gets to go online next. Just trying to determine on how I can transfer this enthusiasm to offline activities (e.g. get outside and play), definitely would prefer that more /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

This is funny, I sell these at the pharmacy I work at. I didn't realize they were that big. We've only now started to sell them regularly. We first got them during the Christmas season. Apparently now they're starting to take off.

Well, because of 'Kinz I'm certified as the world's coolest uncle: I gave my niece a 24" iMac as a gift and soon after learning and having fun w/ Photobooth she hopped onto WebKinz once the computer connected to the 'Net. The huge screen offers a full view of the activity center and the rich colours even mesmerizes my brother and his wife.
