SpamSieve 2.6 should be on the lips of all Mac users serious about ridding their computers of junk mail. It’s affordable, effective, easy to use, and as configurable as just about anyone needs a spam utility to be. more

I've been using SpamSieve for a long time. And it's the best I've ever seen. Much better than Apple's.
I've only gotten two false positives in the past couple months. So it's not a big deal to scroll through reallly fast and see the spams before I delete them.
False negatives are more common, especially with the new graphical spam mail seems to slip through with regularity, as well as some fake rolex watche dealers. SpamSieve really seems to think those are great deals or something. /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I would agree about the gold standard comment.
I have been using it for years, and find it to be a great asset. Especially that it is mainly used on an account that has been in existence for nearly a decade now. Most users would find such a setup untenable--because of how much spam would be directed to an older, well-known account. No such problems with SpamSieve.
It has also, I might add, been very effective at the phishing scams that seem to be proliferating now. Highly recommended. On the time and trouble saved with this app, it probably would still be a bargain if it were priced 10X as much as it is...

Does this really add any value to Eudora? I'm not reading any features that Eudora doesn't already have and that Eudora seems to handle quite well.
What does this add to Eudora?

SpamSieve's filtering is better than anything else I've tried -- third-party or built-in. Compare what Eudora offers with SpamSieve's performance and see how it goes. SpamSieve is offered as a fully functional 30-day demo.

SpamSieve should be catching these. Please send me a report and I'll investigate.
