FCE 3.0 not running natively...

Okay, I fixed my code that was stopping me from using FCE 3.0 on my macbook pro. It now runs, however, it is running slower on my MacBook Pro fully upgraded (2 ghz) than on my old Power Mac G4 1.25 Ghz (single processor). I understand the 3.5 upgrade for FCE is supposed to be universal and therefore run natively on my MaBook Pro. Will it make that much of a difference or is the MacBook Pro just not able to handle the video editing that well...Thanks all.

I just want to let everyone know who may read this or seek an answer to this question, that the 3.5 made a huge difference. Being universal made it run smooth and quickly. Kind of sucked though that i had to spend so much.

Yeah, IMO..$50 from version 3.0 to 3.5 would be a little more fair. And charge full price of course for folks just coming on board.
