Renaming multiple files from a text file list

I have about 200 video clips in .VOB format whose filenames are a numerical sequence. I also have a text file containing a list of the titles of all the videos, in order. I would like to find an automated way to insert the titles from the text file into the filenames of the video clips, after the existing numbers. Is there a way for Automator or Applescript to help with this? Perhaps a terminal command? Is there a renaming ap I could use? Any help appreciated. Thanks!

HI,
I would recommend a search of this website. They seem to have a lot of knowledgeable contributors, they also have downloadable scripts and workflows so hopefully you could rework something to meet your needs.
