Entourage spell checking

I use MS Entourage. Recently, it has started correcting my spelling even though I have all spell checking options turned off. How do I get it to stop correcting my errors. I write a lot in Danish, and I don't want the spelling changed.

Do you have AutoCorrect turned off, as well as Spelling? Spelling usually underlines but doesn't change text, while AutoCorrect changes the text.
