Cleaning MBP screen and casing

I was wondering if there are any cleaning solutions or clothes that you all have used which are good for cleaning a MBP's screen and outer casing.

I've used the iKlear products to great effect on nearly everything Mac-related in my home -- PowerBooks, MacBooks, Mac Pros, Cinema Display, etc.
