For the past couple days, everytime I open iTunes, it freezes immediately. I uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled it but it didn't fix it. The iTunes libraries that I have saved to a disc have the same problem as well. What do I do? /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Tell us more about your environment, dog.
Example: Last year I wasn't a poster boy for the stability of OSX. I had
to hard-restart (power switch) my G4 several times a day. I had my
iTunes library on an external FW400 Lacie D2 120gb HD. Activity Monitor
showed so much disk access activity that nothing else could run, even
ShutDown. No solution from some pretty smart folk. Then I read that
iTunes can have issues with external FW drives. I added a big HD inside
the G4, moved the iTunes library to it, and all was well.
Your post doesn't give enough info for anything but a SWAG. Tell us more.
