Printing in X

I have a epson stylus 1290. and a PM 533 with X.2.3 and 9.2 on board. I seem not to have probs printing in 9.2 but whilst in X the print centre recognises the printer and acknowleges that there is a job. unfortunately it just stops the print process whenever i click on start jobs.. I dont get it. it prints fine even when running word for 9.2 in the OS X environment. it jiust doesnt print if its native os X app... /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Using the newest version of the print driver?

have you tried resetting the printer(turn off,on)? How do you connect it?
