iTunes Library file cannot be saved. ERROR (-50)

The iTunes Library file cannot be saved. An Unknown error ocurred (-50).
This message came out when I try to start my iTunes. I don't know what happend. Please if some can help me let me know what can I do.

if you're running 7.3 then 7.3.1 may help.

I just saw this in another forum. Might be useful:

I found a good answer on the apple forums. It seems to be a problem
with some video podcasts. There is an instruction set there on how to
handle it, and it worked for me. It basically works down to removing the
podcasts from the library file, then starting itunes and importing the
podcasts back into itunes. The full instructions can be found in the
apple forums itunes discussion threads.
