Ahhh, Ok, so, I have a webmail account, which I have setup as an IMAP account on my Mail program. I had a smart mailbox labeled "1" - such that all mail from one specific email address comes to that "mailbox". And what kept annoying me is that every time I received a new email from that address, it would not only go into the smart mailbox "1", but it would also CREATE a folder (the normal, blue kind, that is stored on the mac) called "1" - and the message would go in there as well. The problem is that once it goes into that blue "1" folder, it is no longer on the server. So, I was just fidgeting around trying to fix this, and I ended up deleting my smart mailbox "1", assuming that since it's not a "real" mailbox, it shouldn't delete the messages that are in it, but now I can't find those messages ANYWHERE... they seem to be gone!
Someone please help - I had some important attachments in there. (I can't find those messages on my server either... /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif)
