EXE file extension

Is is still impossible to convert .exe to a file extension compatible for Mac 10.4?

It isn't a matter of conversion. An ".exe" is a Windows executable file. That is, it is a program for Windows, not a document.
You can run this using Windows via Bootcamp or Parallels.
The one exception is that it might be a self-extracting archive. If that is the case, then Stuffit Expander might be able to de-archive it.

you can rune windows executables by installing darwine.
i think it works with alot of exes. i use winrar and utorrent through darwine.

Just be aware that .exe files are ideal vehicles for malware.
