Disk Image to IDVD

hey i'm new ! first post!
is there any way to take a disk image i made with idvd and then reimport that back into idvd for editing???
I already deleted the imovie and idvd projects and am just wondering if there was any way to do this

I doubt it. You put "raw" clips into iDVD and you get a transcoded DVD out. The whole DVD has been processed into a whole, the bitrates of the clips have been changed and the clips are not accessible in the same way they were before.
Please don't stop trying or asking though. I haven't used iDVD myself, I use DVD Studio Pro. I'm just talking about how DVD projects work in general.
