Cut MP3s without reencoding?

Is there an app on OSX, preferably free, that allows me to cut MP3s without reencoding them? I have some recorded tracks with substantial leading and trailing silence that I'd like to eliminate without further degrading the audio with another encoding pass.

Fission claims to do this. I haven't used it.
