Searching FIreFox's cache

I've got an image I want, but it has since disappeared from the website I was at. Anyone know how to search through my cache folder for Firefox so I can see if it's still in there?

I haven't used this software but it looks cool...
Look at: ~/Lirary/Cache/Firefox .. for that cache file. But it might take a utility to actually extract it and make it useful ::guessing:: /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Tried FileJuiser also and although it works very nicely it is only a trial version. So I kept looking and found this Firefox script CacheViewer
