Help! I'm new at this.
I need to add (or replace, I would rather add) a hard drive to my G3 beige tower (266mzh, 192 mb memory). I'm trying to install OS 10 and do not have enough space on my current hard drive. I'm not sure what kind of drive I need. IDE, SCSI ? The manual talked about a 50 pin scsi, but I wasn't sure if I could use a different kind. I think I would like to have an internal, they seem less expensive.
I'm soooo confused! Any help would be welcome.
Thanks! /forums/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

50pin SCSI is what it takes unless you put extra cards in for IDE compatibility. SCSI is faster, though .... Follow the link to a good source for such drives.... http://www.basoncomp...s.asp?999377386
Good Luck!
