Arrgh!
I like that this podcast is in widescreen.
I hate that it was letterboxed with black bars on top and bottom instead of simply restricting the video size to its actual content. Anyone trying to watch this on a widescreen device is going to get black bars on all 4 sides, thus defeating the purpose of having it in widescreen to begin with.
If the content isn't 4:3, the picture shouldn't be 4:3

I appreciate the response, but it wasn't an issue of labeling.
The video was 240 pixels high, but only the middle 213 of those were actual content. The other 27 pixels were just black space. This meant that when you blow it up on a widescreen display, that there are black bars on all 4 sides (unless you take the time to make a QuickTime mask).
If the actual picture content is 320x213, then the video file should be 320x213, not 320x240 with useless black space. As far as I'm aware, video iPods are capable of properly displaying content which is not in a 4:3 aspect ratio.
Again, thanks for your prompt response!
