I hate to be the fly in the ointment here, but this software isn't just a waste of money, it's worse. After manually keying in 400 contacts, Relationship will export one. Select all and it still exports one. Drag and drop? Looks like it will work and doesn't. Address Book integration? Not if that means integrating your data into address book, although your contact name and email address come across, no other fields.
Response from Jumsoft Support? Nothing.
By definition Client Relationship Management implies assistance in managing client relationships. This software just burns off time entering information that becomes pretty much useless after you hit return.
If you're looking for a CRM solution, look further, spend more. Don't waste your time and money with Jumsoft.
