I wonder why they chose 2.4 GHz, since it'll likely interfere with your 802.11b/g network, your cordless phone, etc. 900 MHz has enough bandwidth for great audio, has better range/penetration at equal power, and doesn't interfere with wireless networks et al.

I don't know, but I agree regarding 900MHz. The only cordless phones in my house that work worth a damn these days, it seems. ;)
