Is that the street price? Sounds expensive. I have the Korg 61P which is similar and has 24 instruments for more than half that price. I guess it depends on the quality.
Additionally, for about the same price of the 88 key version, you can get a Yamaha P70 with real key action, really good sound, and MIDI out.
