Meh, doesn't look to have anything on TextMate.
I wish someone would make something with TextMate's ease-of-coding/bundle approach and skEdit's remote site editor. I really like how skEdit lets you work locally and remotely simultaneously, but TextMate's editing environment is still king.

Interarchy just updated their remote site editor. Might want to check them out.

Interarchy has a built-in text editor? Even if that's the case, I doubt an FTP program will offer a richly feature enough text editor to tempt me away from TextMate.

I'm hoping that TextMate 2 will have some decent remote editing built-in. I don't need it very often, but when working on a PHP-based site, it's useful to test remotely without needing to be constantly uploading things by hand.

I think Liecaman is recommending using Textmate with Interarchy for server side editing. Try it out... it works well. When you're in Interarchy just select a file and open with Textmate... You'll get all of the PHP files you want in their Textmate tabs and when you save the edits they will be saving straight to the server. Anyways... these two programs are a natural pair until Textmate gets the kind of feature's you're looking for...

I don't know of any FTP programs that doesn't offer external editor support (Yummy FTP is my preference). However, external editor support is useless when I'm editing an entire project (rather than a single file). This is really why I like skEdit's implementation; it uses the local copies of files for browsing/searching, but you still get the instantly available online thing.
