Apparently not in China, as of last night.
Looks like another massacre looming in Tibet while the world looks the other way and practices throwing the discus.

This is actually a pitiful state of affairs considering the truly horrible video quality of most YouTube offerings. There's a great irony here: Everybody's rushing out to buy wide-screen, high-def tv sets, but they're also hooked on the crappiest-looking video anyone has ever seen. Sure beats me.

As an avid amateur photographer, the same can be said of all the crappy pictures taken by cell phones. Music has suffered the same fate, with quality that doesn't even approach CD. Who knew?
