I like Interarchy, but really there are a bunch of cool ones -- Fetch, Transmit, Interarchy, and many more. I'd recommend trying a few out in demo mode and see which one works for you from an interface standpoint.

And, in case you also want a secure FTP client (actually just a front end for the built in SFTP/SCP programs of OS X), there is Fugu, developed at UMich.
