I need to videoconference. Help!

Hi, everyone. Here's my situation. I have a powerbook running 10.1.5. I need to videoconference with a PC user using Windows 2000. I do NOT have a camera nor the software. I have no idea where to even begin, or what to buy. Do I have to buy Virtual PC and use NetMeeting or is there a Mac solution that is compatible with the PC world? Any help would be so great.
Thanks.

Netmeeting uses the H.323 protocol.

You may want to take a look at this site:
http://www.onenet.net/ops/h323/323mac.html

It contains some interesting information about H.323 support for the Mac.
