Blue screen of Death

I have multiple users setup on my computer for both OS X and OS 9. When I logon to OS 9 (as the admin) everything is fine, but when the other users startup OS 9 from OS X either by launching an OS 9 application or starting up from the system settings, they get a kernel panic. I have tried giving complete access to OS 9 to the users but this hasn't helped. What can I do?

If I turn off multiple users in OS 9, how can I protect my files and applications from other users? Is there a way to　make files and applications hidden in OS 9 maybe using ResEdit???

search for "one app secret folder" on version tracker.

this will allow you to hide a folder

Well I don't really know what "Version Tracker" is. I don't have access to the internet on my mac. I have to use a #gasp# Windows computer at work. So can I do this without internet access?
