DVD burning

how does one burn a DVD on a comp with superdrive in 10.1.5? any extra software i need? what about copying DVD's?

If you have the iDVD software, insert the DVD into your drive and follow the prompt windows that come up to name the DVD. Drag and drop the content onto the DVD desktop image. In the Finder bar of the desktop, choose File > Burn Disc and follow the prompts. When it finishes burning and verifying, eject the DVD.
