Weird Safari behavior in 10.3

I've started having a weird problem in Safari since I upgraded to 10.3.2 (from 10.2.8).

Basically, somtimes when I click on a link or bookmark, I get a "could not connect to ... "error message. If I click again, it usually connects.

Any clue as to why this might be happening?

Hi Ron,

Have you downloaded the latest version of Safari 1.2?

I encountered this same problem. About 75% of the time after being idle for a couple minutes I would have to click a link or bookmark twice to get it to go through. I had the same error as yours. I have a cable modem and both my computers connect through that which is connected to an Airport Extreme Base Station. This problem seemed to begin for me with the upgrade from 10.3.0 to 10.3.1. The problem has since taken care of itself since I installed the most recent Airport firmware update not too long ago. I am assuming my problem then had something to do with how panther interacted with my wireless base station. It could have been something else...but the coincidence of when i had trouble and when it stopped seemed high enough for me to make me think that was it.

all best,

Carlton
