My office uses QB Basic Edition for Windows, and the data file (the .qbw file) sits on our server, which I can access via Windows file sharing via SMB. All I need is read-only access of this file. I don't need to convert it back and forth from Windows to Mac. Can I read this file off of the server if I buy QB Pro 6.0 for Mac?
