networking issues with a pc to a mac

We have a Mac network with a G4 OSx server. We just bought a pc and are trying to hook it up to the network. I have it on the internet but can't seem to get it to recognize the printer or the server.

any idea what i need to do? I'm ok networking macs but pcs are different
