When I open iPhoto5 the Apple Mail symbol appears in the tool bar at the bottom and I can send a picture by clicking on it. BUT, if I open the iPhoto Preferences, the 'Email photos using:' immediately changes to Microsoft Entourage and all the other choices are grayed out.
