Gaming problem

Can i play my pc games on mac, like can i compile the pc version of unreal tournamen 2004 to run on mac, or do i have to buy the mac version, and if so do i get some discount cause i have already the licence for the game

No, your PC games will not run on the Mac, even with Virtual PC. Yes you must buy the Mac version separately, and from personal experience, NO, you will not receive any discount for getting a different platform version.

You might, however, find some great bargains at eBay.com where a lot of the mac games end up.

Some games, like Blizzard's starcraft, diablo and warcraft series' have one disk that will install the game on mac or pc.

keep in mind that it is illegal to resell games. You agree to a license when you intall it on your computer; this signifies you agree to keeping that game on that PC. Of course, I'm only discussing in the United States.

It is perfectly legal to resell your games if you uninstall it from any and all computers you have, and destroy any backup copies you have created.

If you are talking about an on-line game that requires registration - Warcraft, Unreal Tournamen 2004, or something like that - there will be an issue that the key code that comes with the game is already tied to a registered user.

Even professional, $1000 software packages allow for license transfer.
