Outlook Express on Mac?

Simple Question: Can Outlook Express be used on a Mac?
I am presently using Apple Mail and find it very irritating, especially the crazy way to address an Email.
Outlook Express simple shows all your email addresses ---you simple click on the name and it automatically appears in the address spot. In Apple Mail one should be able to simply open the address book, click on the name and that should do the same. This sucks!!

Umm . . . Just click the "address" button in your Mail toolbar, select an address, and double-click to insert it in the address field . . .

Entourage is more like Outlook than Outlook Express.
