Blackberry subscriber numbers rise post-lawsuit

RIM said subscriber numbers are picking up now that its patent dispute with NTP is over. more

I wish Apple would either buy, or form a strategic partnership with RIM.

I personally hate the pricing model used for blackberries. I have to pay a fee for minutes and then a fee to use the wireless services. I understand some wnat this but it is frankly too much for me - and I am the one that would authorize my company to pay for my own service! I guess the best way to put it is - I don't feel like paying extra money so I can deal with work 24/7/365!
