suggestions for design studio software?

Just wondering what software you use for running your design businesses, i.e. invoices, quotes, job tracking, job sheets, hours etc? thanks in advanced!

Re: suggestions for design studio software?
Filemaker. I set up a database with job numbers, client names and so on. It handles invoicing, job costing etc but it's fairly simple as ny accountant handles tax etc. I've used it for seven years now, and it is a complete picture of my work over those years.

There is a Creative Solution available on this link which interests me. It appears to be a preformatted solution for your needs, and looks like it's free with a copy of Filemaker - unbeatable really.

Filemaker is easy to learn and you can make your own customised solution. Mine was tweaked to suit as time went on, but it's quick, concise and cheap compared to other solutions - you can make it as complex as you feel comfortable with. I had an issue with locking records after the invoice had been sent, but worked out a way to do it. There's a big community to call upon if you get stuck.

I use Quickbooks Pro. It's great for invoicing, balancing accounts, quotations etc.
