Connecting AirPort Express to wired network

I apologize in advance for the dumb question, but I just need confirmation that I'm understanding something correctly. I have a PC and an iMac connected to the cable modem via a regular old wired router. Nothing there needs to change as far as I'm concerned. However, I bought a PowerBook too and want to access the Internet and printer wirelessly with it so I can use it in the living room instead of my home office. I'm too far away from the woodstove!!! Waaah.

Anyway, the PowerBook has an AirPort Extreme card. Is it as simple as buying an AirPort Express Base Station and plugging it into the wired router? (I'm thinking Express instead of Extreme because I'd like the AirTunes option as well. Thanks for your help.

Pretty much. Use the Airport Setup Assistant (or the Airport Admin Utility) to configure it the first time. You should probably add encryption (with a password) too.

If your router is not setup to give out DHCP addresses, there would be a few more steps involved, but DHCP most likely what you'd have.
