Great headset. But challenging to put on in a hurry when a call comes in.

It's a bluetooth, you're not supposed to take it off...

At $120 a pop, it's an expensive add-on for a six hundred dollar phone.

And that is why I hate you. You are so supposed to take it off. Just because it has no wires doesn't mean it's stapled to your earlobe.

It doesn't make you a cyborg. Take it off when you aren't on a call!

Not that this makes it an impulse buy, but you can actually get the Jawbone for $85 at eCost.com:

$85's better than $120, but, it's still not a no-brainer unless you are constantly talking in loud environments and/or must have the cool design.

For some reason, this response made me laugh out so loud, people in the adjacent cubicles are giving me funny looks.

When people like you try to talk to me, I either keep interrupting them with "Are you on the phone now?" or I pull out my own cellphone and hold it to my ear while I talk to them. I find that trying to demonstrate just how annoying you people are to civilized people is the best way to change your behavior.

I thought those Bluetooth ear pieces were cool until the bad guys in "24" started to wear them - ALL THE TIME!

I realized that average Americans identify a Bluetooth guy as an annoying cuniving person ready to give the command to kill the good guy.

Re: Jawbone Bluetooth Headset to be sold alongside
I think I paid about $70 for my Jabra BT headset that I've had for a little over a year. It's just alright--people on the other end complain of their voice echoing constantly and it's developed a rattle when you jiggle it in the last month of so (and I didn't drop it).

It honestly doesn't sound like too much to me to spend $120 on a BT headset that is built very well and doesn't annoy the person I'm talking to. Now, if I could just get confirmation that this one has those qualities...

Re: Jawbone Bluetooth Headset to be sold alongside
Just read a bunch of user reviews on this headset.

I like a lot of what I've read, but one thing almost seems like a deal-breaker... Apparently, there's no tactile or audio feedback when you've pressed the main answer/call/redial button. Who's the genius that decided on this??? I mean, come on now, what's so difficult about a simple beep to tell you that you did in fact press the button? My Jabra BT500 does that, as did my previous headset.

I guess if I want to try it out, I'll have to pay full price at a local store, so that I can return it if it doesn't work for me.

Wow! You hate me?!?! Well FU two times for trying to tell me how I should use my equipment. In ear headsets aren't meant to allow for hands-free ease-of-use and aren't required to be removed.
