Leopard is having Sleep issues.

Before installing Leopard, I cloned my Tiger system to my external hard drive. I did an "erase and install" of Leopard and used Setup Assistant to port over my user accounts, network settings, etc from my Tiger clone.

So far everything about Leopard is working except for when I try to put my Mac to sleep. After I log off, I click on the Sleep button to put my Mac to sleep; however; my Mac never goes to sleep (the sleep button actually becomes greyed out for a moment then becomes normal). I checked system preferences, and the options are fine. I also reset my PRAM. My Mac refuses to go to sleep after I log off.

Here's the interesting bit. If I'm logged into my account or another and choose sleep from the Apple menu, my Mac will actually go to sleep.

Logged off = doesn't work
Logged in = works

Any ideas? If this is a bug, how do I report it to Apple?

thanks
