Ruth, I know this note will not answer your problem. I have been E-Mailing Government Departments and various other Organisations in Australia over the last 3 Weeks. I use mail, and of course I have no idea what systems the other Company' have been using, but NONE have ever complained that what I had been sending was a problem to them, and thet have all replied. Perhaps it is just a problem with your offfice server or whatever. I am no computer expert, I just thought that as no one else so far had replied, that I would put in my "two pennyworth "
