Suggestions for online meeting management tools

Does anyone have a recommendation for an online meeting management tool? We are looking for something that can manage workshop sessions, scheduling and registration. Unfortunately, every type that we have found is only compatable with PCs.

Your assistance is GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks -
Becky

Re: Suggestions for online meeting management tool
Hi Becky.
I've been down this road, just a bit.
Can you tell me what you've tried?
I can't even get iChat to work across the PC line, because AIM won't load successfully on XP or VISTA.
So, if you need a camera, I haven't found anything yet, either.
(The Yahoo client sort of worked, but, not nearly as well as iChat).

Re: Suggestions for online meeting management tools
Hi Becky,

I am a web developer, and one of my web applications is WhosComing.com, an online rsvp system. Although I am a Mac user, developed it on the Mac, and served it on a Mac webserver for the first few years, it is platform independent, so any computer can use it. It lets people sign up online, and you can can do a lot as an admin. Also, you can let the guests see who else is coming. It's tailor made for business-type meetings and events (i.e. not so much for weddings).
