I noticed this yesterday as I went to Google on my iPhone. It was driving me nuts because I wanted to do an image search and didn't understand why I couldn't just go to google.com and click on images! The link at the bottom to switch to classic view was helpful as even images.google.com moves you to images.google.com/m.
This is a very nice and no-nonsense interface for google/m. Pay attention Yahoo.
Who cares how long it's been out? If it works or responds to iPhone calls, it's an iPhone web app. Google is responding to iPhone users, and that's a good thing for all of us--even you Windoze people.
It works on iPod Touch but it is a clumsy attempt - only half finished. I say that because once I click on a message to view it, I then come to a huge page that does not fit into the iPod window and I can't resize it to view the whole page. I have to scroll around and that is not very friendly.
Tom, I got it this afternoon. I am syncing it now. Very nice. I can't wait to play around with it. Jim Of course it is a Christmas gift for my wife. But I am setting it up. She just wants things to work.. so I make sure they do. Luckily for her I love this stuff, always have. I guess I'll have to be content with my old 5g iPod lol.
