iChat dropped video sessions.

My friend has just received a new 17" MacBook Pro. (The updated version of mine.) And we are experiencing a large number of sessions that end abruptly. For no apparent reason.

Can anyone provide any insight as to why, or suggestions as to how we can troubleshoot this? It doesn't happen in Skype.

It's kind of embarrassing, because she's just made the switch from a Dell laptop and she's rolling her eyes at my insistence before she took delivery that things would be so much smoother in the Mac universe. LOL

Who are you using as ISP's? That could be the problem.
