I'm crossing my fingers someone out here can help me. I've created a Power Point presentation with music for my daughters 6th grade graduation. The presentation was created on my PC, I've saved it to a CD using the "package for CD" function in Power Point. I also saved another copy as just a power point "show" rather than a "presentation" and have had the same issue. I've tried playing it on a couple of different PC's (home, work, family) and it works fine. I then gave it to one of the teachers to try out on their Mac (the entire school uses only Mac). She came back a couple of days later and informed me that she is able to view the presentation and she can listen to the songs, but just not at the same time.
I've added the music to the presentation using the "insert sounds" function and the songs are a "wma" format. Am I doing something wrong when adding the music? I know the staff all have some version of Office installed on their Mac's and she has no problem viewing the slide show, but the music isn't starting when it's supposed to. I've made sure the songs were either added to the same CD as the show as well.
Is there anyone out there that has any idea what I'm doing wrong? I have 5 weeks to figure this out...
Thanks to anyone who can help me.
