Re: Need your help!!
Well first off you really should make your subject a little more informative. Just asking for help isn't sufficient. You'll get more help by asking specifically to rip a dvd and import it into an ipod. Download [handbrake|http://handbrake.fr/] that should rip the dvd to mp4. It also gives you lots of options on video quality

Re: Need your help!!
Hi for this you need software program, with the help of it you can convert your DVD to a format that iPod supports. I’m using http://movavi.software-com.com/. The gr[i|http://movavi.software-com.com/buy/movavi-dvd-to-ipod] DVD to iPod is that it is very easy to use. When you will use it you will feel that converting DVDs to iPod format is a piece of cake. So, I’ll suggest you to use it. And enjoy you journey in your way.

Not only is Hanbrake free, it is much much better than that piece of software you're using. Just insert your DVD into your Mac. Open Handbrake. Select the DVD from the menu. After Handbrake is done scanning the DVD, choose the iPod setting you want (Low-Rez or High-Rez). Select the main feature from the Title drop down menu (usually set by default, but doesn't hurt to check). Click on the "Start" button on the tool bar. After a while, you'll have an mp4 file that can be played on your iPod. To get this mp4 file onto your iPod, just import the file into itunes then sync your iPod.
