Macbook (2.4ghz Black) Memory

Hello all,

I was going to try to search for topics related to this question, but I can't seem to find a forum search function anywhere.. is there one?

Anyway, I am going to be purchasing a macbook (black) soon, and I have a question regarding the memory. Do they use two 1GB sticks using both memory slots in the laptop or one 2GB stick? I want to bump the memory up to 4GB but I dont really want to pay the extra $200 apple is asking so I was going to buy it through newegg but need to know if I have to get a pair of 2GB sticks or just one.

Also, I was looking at the DDR2 667 memory on newegg and came across this one from G.SKILL:

Does that look decent?

Thanks!

The black Penryn MB comes with two 1GB sticks. You have to buy a pair of 2GB to have matching like in my Blackie. I don't know G.Skill but Newegg has been a good company to me so I would trust them.
