entouage instead of mac mail

I have a user at work that has a MAC and uses Entourage as her mail client. Is there anyway to make it so that when she is in word/power point, and clicks File>Send>Email, it goes to entourage and not mac mail?

Well, it is easy enough to set Entourage as the default Mail client which will accomplish what you want to do:

IN Entourage: Preferences, General, Set Entourage as Default Mail Client.

Of course this will be a universal change, not just for MS products.
