How do I install and activate OmniOutliner plug-ins?

Hi All,

I recently downloaded OmniOutliner and a plug in that is supposed to make it able to export documents to Excel XML format. I followed the installation instructions, but am not sure how to make the plug in work. I am new to plug ins so I'm probably doing something wrong. I'm just not sure what. Does anyone have any ideas?
