Why has a "Home" volume suddenly appeared on my desktop?
Hi
I'm using OS X 10.5.4 on a MacBook Pro.
I just noticed that there is a volume (with that distinctive hard drive enclosure looking icon) called "home" sitting on my desktop. When I highlight it, and click "Get Info" it turns out to be empty and read only. When I attempt to eject it, I'm blocked because it is "in use" even though there are no applications running. Can anyone out there explain this?
